Aloo qeema (some may prefer to call it qeema aloo), is simply one of the most loved Pakistani dishes, it is a staple meal of every Pakistani household, Aloo qeema is all round versatile, it can be reused in next day’s paratha filling for breakfast or sandwich fillings for lunch and even an easy pulao for next dinner. Aloo keema is a simple yet a versatile dish, which is easy to make with little ingredients found in one’s kitchen pantry. It can serve as special dish over a party, wedding, special occasions such as celebration feast or just a simple everyday dish. Today we took three best recipe of Aloo qeema. The best recipe is by Shan e Delhi which used best spices and easy way to cook. Put oil in pan, add dry red chilli in it on low flame and fry it when it roasted take out from the skillet. Add different spices minced meat and cook, when minced meat is getting soft he add potatoes and add water on put on low flame until the qeema and potatoes become cook. She also used yogurt in recipe for good taste. The other two recipes are also same, specially is method is same.
The Food Fusion recipe follow this method, add cooking oil, green cardamom, cinnamon stick, black peppercorns and mix. dd onion and fry until golden brown. Food fusion used different spices as already mention in recipe. Used beef mince and mix well until changes color. Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix well. Add potatoes and mix well and cook until get soft. The method food fusion is also unique and easy to adopt. As compared to this the recipe by Jumma's Kitchen is also same but little bit differ from these two. She used pressure cooker for whole process.
