By: Chacha Bassa Sweet Ichhra, Lahore
Barfi is a famous dessert made from milk. It is an Indian Subcontinent invention. Since Pakistan's foundation, barfi has been produced, but as time has gone on, barfi has become more popular than the others in terms of flavour. Barfi was regarded as a necessary component of sweets during the Mughal Empire, and one may still find a significant amount of barfi in the candy container. The barfi made in the top sweet shop in Pakistan, Chacha Bassa, has long been a local favourite. They frequently add nuts, such as cashew, almond, pistachio, and peanuts, to their barfi to enhance the flavour.
