Gorakh Hill station is a beautiful Hill station with an elevation of over 5000 ft, located 94 Km southwest from Dadu, Sindh will be our destination this time. The Gorakh hill station is 423 kilometres (263 miles) from Karachi and takes almost 8 hours to drive to. Thousands of city visitors go to the hill station.
Gorakh Hill station which lies in Kirthar mountain range which lies in one of the highest plateaus of Sindh. It’s a place where you will love to spend your weekend but for that you have to be an amazing traveler. Travelling through some well known places of Sindh such as Hyderabad , Jamshoro and Shewan city we will move towards the our ultimate destination which is Known as Murree of Sindh. This is the place where you can taste real winters in Sindh because the temperature range of 16-32 on average ,while in winter it is -5 to +5. Highest ever recorded in summer was 34-36 while lowest ever recorded was -10 to -12. On the hill, there is a new visitor's rest house. Tourists can arrange their own transportation to the hill station from Sehwan Sharif.
گورکھ ہل اسٹیشن
لفظ "گورکھ" کے لغوی معنی "جنگلی" کے ہیں۔ خیال کیا جاتا ہے کہ یہ نام 11ویں صدی کے گورکھ ناتھ کے نام سے مشہور یوگی نے دیا تھا۔ سندھ میں سردیوں میں برف باری کا واحد مقام ہونے کی وجہ سے بڑے پیمانے پرمشہور ہے۔
گورکھ ہل اسٹیشن ایک خوبصورت ہل اسٹیشن ہے جس کی بلندی 5000 فٹ سے زیادہ ہے، دادو، سندھ سے 94 کلومیٹر جنوب مغرب میں میں واقع ہے۔ گورکھ ہل اسٹیشن کراچی سے 423 کلومیٹر (263 میل) کے فاصلے پر ہے اور یہاں تک جانے میں تقریباً 8 گھنٹے لگتے ہیں۔ شہر کے ہزاروں سیاح پہاڑی سٹیشن پر جاتے ہیں۔
گورکھ ہل اسٹیشن جو کیرتھر پہاڑی سلسلے میں واقع ہے جو سندھ کے بلند ترین سطح مرتفع میں سے ایک ہے۔ سندھ کے کچھ مشہور مقامات جیسے حیدرآباد، جامشورو اور شیون شہر بھی شامل ہیں اورجو سندھ کا مری کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ یہ وہ جگہ ہے جہاں آپ سندھ میں حقیقی سردیوں کا مزہ چکھ سکتے ہیں کیونکہ درجہ حرارت کی حد اوسطاً 16-32 ہے، جب کہ سردیوں میں یہ -5 سے +5 ہے۔ گرمیوں میں اب تک کا سب سے زیادہ 34-36 ریکارڈ کیا گیا جبکہ سب سے کم ریکارڈ -10 سے -12 تھا۔ پہاڑی پر ایک نیا مہمانوں کا ریسٹ ہاؤس بھی ہے جہاں سیاح سہون شریف سے پہاڑی مقام تک پہنچنے کے لیے اپنی آمدورفت کا انتظام آسانی سےکر سکتے ہیں۔
