- Onion: 1 medium
- Red chilies: 12-15 or to taste

- Turmeric powder: 1 tsp
- Black peppercorns: 8-10
- Ginger garlic paste: 2 tbsp
- Coriander seeds: 1 tbsp
- Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
- Green chilies: 4-5
- Mint: ½ cup
- Green coriander: ½ cup
- Eggs: 2-3
- Oil for frying

- Prepare the Base:
- In a cooker, add water, beef mince, split Bengal gram, onion, red chilies, cinnamon stick, black cardamom, salt, turmeric powder, black peppercorns, ginger garlic paste, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds.
