- Goat Liver: 750 grams
- Onion: 1 large, chopped
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 ½ tbsp
- Tomato: 2 large, roughly chopped
- Curd: 2 tbsp
- Tikka Masala: 1 ½ tsp
- Turmeric Powder: ½ tsp
- Red Chilli Powder: ½ tsp
- Chilli Flakes: ½ tsp
- Cumin Powder: ½ tsp
- Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
- Salt: as per taste
- Garam Masala: ½ tsp
- Green Chillies: 3
- Fresh Coriander: for garnish
- Dry Fenugreek: 1 tsp
- Oil: as required
Method
- Prepare the Base:
- In a pan, heat oil and add chopped onion. Fry the onion for 2-3 minutes until it turns brown.
- Add chopped tomatoes and ginger garlic paste. Cook until the tomatoes soften.
- Spice it Up:
- Add tikka masala, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, chilli flakes, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Sauté well.
