Ingredients:

  • Maghaz (Lamb Brain)
  • Turmeric powder = ½ tsp
  • Oil = ½ cup
  • Onion, chopped = 3
  • Ginger garlic paste = 1 tbsp
  • Tomatoes = 2
  • Coriander powder = 1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder = 2 tsp
  • Salt = 1 tsp
  • Black pepper = ½ tsp

Method:

  • Take maghaz and dip it in cold water for 10 minutes. Cold ice water helps clean the maghaz.
  • In a skillet, add water and maghaz, and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Add turmeric powder to the boiling maghaz and boil for another 5 minutes.
  • Take a pan, heat the oil well, add chopped onion, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Add tomato paste and mix well.
