    Method

    1. Heat the Oil:

  • In a frying pan, heat 1 cup of cooking oil over medium heat.
  • Add a pinch of salt and fry the onion until it becomes golden brown.

    2. Cook the Chicken:

  • Add the chicken pieces to the pan and fry until they turn golden brown.
  • Make sure the chicken is evenly coated with oil and salt for a uniform flavor.

    3. Add Tomatoes:

  • Add the chopped tomatoes to the pan. Cut them into two portions and place them on top of the chicken, with the cut side facing down.
  • Pour a little water into the ginger-garlic paste and add it to the pan.
