- Cumin Powder: 1 Tablespoon
- Chapli Kabab Spice Mix (any brand): 2 Tablespoons
- Chopped Green Chilies: 1 Tablespoon
- Cooking Oil: Half a cup
Method
- First, take out the onions and grind them in a mincing machine. Then do the same for green chilies, ginger, and garlic. Lastly, add the meat to the machine, including the fat. Mix ginger, garlic, and green chilies with the Qeema. Squeeze out the water from the finely chopped onions and mix well.
- Fry the besan on a stove and stir continuously until the raw smell is gone.
- Mix the Qeema well with the besan. Add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, Chapli Kabab spice powder, and chopped chili. Mix well by hand.
- Shape the mixture into round kababs and then fry.
- Put cooking oil on a tawa or frying pan and heat it lightly. Place the Chapli Kababs in the oil. Keep the heat low or medium and turn the kababs once they turn brownish red on one side. Serve the kababs with lemons.
