  • Beef: 1 kg
  • Onions: 3 medium-sized, finely chopped
  • Oil: ½ cup
  • Coriander powder: ½ tbsp
  • Turmeric powder: ½ tbsp
  • Red chili powder: 1 tbsp
  • Ginger-garlic paste: 1 ½ tbsp
  • Garam masala: ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds: 1 tbsp
  • Flour: 2 tbsp
  • Salt: ½ tsp

Cooking Method

  • In a large skillet, combine the beef, chopped onions, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Add 4-5 glasses of water.
  • Cover and cook on low flame for 1 hour, allowing the beef to tenderize and the flavors to meld.
  • After an hour, increase the flame to high and add half a cup of water. Fry for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.
  • In a separate frying pan, heat the oil. Add the flour and cook until it turns light brown, stirring constantly to avoid burning.
  • Once the flour is browned, pour the mixture into the cooked beef. Mix well and roast for another 5 minutes.
  • Sprinkle garam masala over the dish, give it a final stir, and serve hot with roti.
